These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the MIRA website and services operated by LUCIEN AI LLC. MIRA is the public-facing brand and service experience. By using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our related policies.
2. SMS Program Name and Description
LUCIEN AI LLC operates the MIRA SMS Program. This program sends conversational, transactional, and customer-care messages that may include onboarding updates, account notifications, booking coordination, appointment reminders, payment confirmations, and support follow-ups.
Message content depends on your relationship with MIRA or with a business using MIRA to communicate with you.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests.

4. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By checking an optional consent box, submitting a form with clear SMS disclosure, or otherwise providing express consent through a documented opt-in flow, you agree to receive messages covered by the MIRA SMS Program.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase, registration, or use of non-SMS portions of the service unless messaging is strictly required to complete a requested service.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for ensuring that you have authority to consent to messages sent to your number.
5. Opt-Out and Help
After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

6. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree not to use the service to:

- Violate the TCPA, carrier rules, privacy laws, or other applicable laws
